At TB Electric, we want you to be fully charged with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn fashion items. All returned apparel must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for proof of shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
